I am looking for someone who gets along with others, kind, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. I've lived in this Beaverton area, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse for 7 years. It's located in between 185th Avenue and Cornelius Pass Road. I am not too far from the Streets of Tanasbourne. I am in between Quatama and Willow Creek max stations. I have a large, loveable, friendly, playful & obedient dog who doesn't make allot of noise (bark-free). I am a non-smoker and prefer a non-smoking roommate. Definitely, no DRUGS of any sort allowed. I am pretty neat and would appreciate a roommate who is tidy as well. I welcome a quiet, relaxed and drama-free environment. I don't want any who likes to party on a regular basis. Respectable guests on occasion are okay. You will have access to a bedroom (furnished-King size bed (provide your own bedding/towels), closet, shower and free to utilize the rest of the unit, kitchen, laundry, etc. Rent, utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer/garbage, trash, cable, internet included). Storage in my tandem garage available. I am looking for someone to pay $650 per month. References and 1st month/last month required. You must prepare/provide your own food/meals.
